Summer Strength & Conditioning 

Come work out with us this summer!
Our Strength and Conditioning class makes use of yoga blocks, thera-bands, and other tools to help build strength and flexibility for your dancer.

to audition for maX or Xtreme Lines***

Tap Bootcamp

This class will offer a 3 class bootcamp of musicality, ball and heel separation, articulations, and more!

Summer Advanced Ballet

This ballet class is required for dancers that are part of our current maX and Xtreme teams in the 2024-2025 season. Lesson dates and times TBD. Classes will begin the week of July 29th.
